Our first Christmas with Kegan was great! We spent lots of time with family, he went to his first mass, and pretty much made out like a bandit. He got a brand new jumper from Grandma and Grandpa, lots of toys and clothes from Maw Maw and Paw Paw and tons of other goodies from his aunts and uncles. We all had a fantastic Christmas and Silas really had fun with his presents from Santa!

Winterhaven
We went to Winterhaven for the first time this year. We spent about 2 hours strolling around the neighborhood and it was quite a sight. Here are a few of my favorite pics.

Rice Capades
For the last couple of weeks Kegan has tried rice cereal. He doesn't hate it, but he sure doesn't love it either. He has only tried it twice though so we are sure he'll get the hang of it. The doctor told us he could start solids but we are taking it very slow. He is positively thriving without it, so mostly he's just getting in some practice with that baby spoon!

Four months!
Kegan turned 4 months old on Sunday Dec. 7! His cousin Silas was down visiting and he had plenty of fun and laughs with him. Silas has figured out that Kegan is a great deal heavier now and I think Maw Maw is realizing she has her hands full!

Playin' with the Pups
Here are a few photos of Kegan playing with the dogs. Zeke is really affectionate while Fenley merely puts up with him in her old age.

Thanksgiving
This year for Thanksgiving we had dinner at Nana's house (Mike's grandmother). She invited my parents and eight young men who were foreign soldiers here for training at Ft. Huachuca. It was a really great day and all those men really loved Kegan. There were two men from Pakistan, two from Africa, two from Japan, one from the Republic of Georgia and one from China (I think). One of the gentlemen from Pakistan had a little boy who was born one day after Kegan so he really enjoyed playing with him. Overall it was a great holiday!
