UPDATE!!!!!
Well Kegan had to go back to the doctor because he just wasn't clearing up. The doctor ordered a chest x-ray to check for pneumonia but thankfully it was normal. Kegan does have to use a nebulizer though, at least until his lungs are nice and clear again. He is such a trooper!
We had our first (and last!!!!) ER visit with the Kegger. He ran a fever all day on Thursday and I just couldn't get it to go down. It finally spiked to 103 degrees (which isn't really that bad) but I was getting worried it would just keep climbing. He looked pathetic. All the urgent care facilities were closed so off to the ER we went. He tried to be in good spirits but when the nurse started touching him and taking his temp he was none too thrilled. Anyway, long story short no big issues but the doc said he had a viral upper respiratory infection so there wasn't much we could do but keep the fever down and make him as comfy as possible. He still feels pretty crappy, his eyes are red and goopy and he is coughing quite a bit. The pics are tiny because they are from a camera phone and they do no justice to his little puffy face. My poor baby!

Sick and still smiling. Gotta love this kid. Poor baby. I HATE when they're sick. What a tough season it's been and I hope we're done with all the late night fevers and runny noses. It's just sooo sad!
Even with your space mask on, you are still adorable..........we love you grandson!!!
